Guoji Group Company (U) Limited is a legal company registered in The Republic of Uganda and also a subsidiary company of Henan Guoji Industry Group Co., Ltd which has setup dozens of housing project in the Africa such as Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Zambia, Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire(Ivory Coast), and Malawi.

The concept of the company is to build a gated community with good amenities such as, shopping mall, restaurant, clinic, garden and kids playing area. Residents of the community are taken care of by enjoying the comprehensive condominium services such as, rubbish collection, power and water maintenance, landscape maintenance and tough security.
